How can I activate my pre-paid school access?

Nominate someone from your school to activate your Ochre Annual Subscription (Pre-Paid schools) school account. Note that anyone from your school can activate your Ochre Annual Subscription account.

Ask them to sign in at www.ochre.org.au and navigate to ‘Annual Subscription – Overview’ and scroll to the section titled 'Pre-paid schools'. Their school name should autofill and they will be able to activate your school subscription by clicking 'Claim Your Subscription'. If their school name does not autofill, ask them to go to their profile and make sure their school name is correct.

Once activated, they can add other Ochre users from your school to your school account. This person is nominated as the administrator for the account and will be the only person that can add teachers to your subscription account. We are adding in functionality to change or add administrators on your account. In the meantime, if you wish to change administrators, please contact us on [email protected].

All added users from your school will automatically gain access to the Annual Subscription, allowing them to download full units and access supplementary resources.
