Our resource offer to schools is made up of 3 aligned elements.

1. Sequenced, coherent and knowledge-rich curriculum plans, aligned to the Australian Curriculum and State variants (at the moment the Victorian Curriculum version 2.0 and the new NSW Syllabus, with the WA curriculum in development).

Curriculum plans are made up of several linked documents and supports, depending on the subject or phase, but include:

  • yearly overviews

  • scope and sequences

  • unit overviews

  • unit plans

  • progression maps.

2. Aligned instructional resources, which embed evidence-based teaching practices, as outlined in AERO’s model of Teaching and Learning as well as the teaching and learning models of states and territories. In some subjects and phases, we also provide associated assessment resources. Specific resources vary by subject and phase, but include:

  • teacher presentation slides / handbooks

  • student booklets or worksheets

  • daily review materials, including daily decks and topic decks

  • re-teach materials.

3. Aligned implementation support and professional learning resources to assist teachers and leaders to get the most out of Ochre’s materials. These include:

  • materials for teachers and for leaders

  • materials to support:

    • getting started

    • using Ochre resources

    • Ochre pedagogical practices

    • subject-content learning materials

  • professional learning materials including webinars, guides, videos, materials to support school leaders to lead staff professional development.
