Currently, we offer support via email only to ensure quick, trackable responses from our team.

Where possible, please try the following options to see if it resolves your issue:

  • clear cache and cookies

  • use an incognito / private tab

  • try a different browser / device.

If the issue is not resolved, please contact us with the following information so we can investigate the issue:

  • a screenshot showing any error messages

  • the browser and device you’re using

  • the curriculum, subject, and year level you’re accessing

  • the name of the unit and resource you’re trying to access.
