I haven't received a verification email, what should I do?

As part of our security measures, when creating an account you'll be asked to verify your email address.

If you have not received the verification email, check your junk and spam folders. Often emails are redirected to these folders by email security filters.

If you're unable to find the verification email:

  • go to the login page

  • click Forgot password

  • enter the email address you registered with - make sure this is entered correctly

  • click Send link.

If a user account is found for the email address, a link to reset your password will be sent to your inbox. Make sure to check your junk / spam folders.

If you do not receive an email, you may not be registered correctly. If you're still unable to log in, please contact us.
